Well, I don't have much to say about this one, but it had to be documented for posterity. It's a great start for a basic chocolate flavor, but unless you're an unconditional fan of traditional fudge pops, you might find this lacking in interest. Might I suggest some instant coffee? A hint of almond extract? Malted milk powder?

45g (about 6 tablespoons) of unsweetened baking cocoa powder is all you need to add to the usual base. I like the look of a 1:2 ratio of special dark to regular cocoa. Depending on the fat content of your powder, expect 260 to 280 calories per serving. I must say that this had pathetic overrun. While admit that I forgot to add the egg white before churning*, I think this has to do with the cocoa powder.
* I'm usually only halfway through my first cup of coffee when I churn ice cream. mistakes will happen, 'kay?
